This antique parchment deed was found recently at a Lancaster County estate sale and nothing is known of its past.
The document is approximately 29" by 23 1/4" and is made of stiff parchment.  It was ratified on October 29th of 1795 and bears a number signatures.  The red wax seal is largely missing with only a few remnants attached to the black ribbon.  There is a small amount of parchment deterioration found in the lower left quadrant of the document.  It also has a circular 1 3/4" dimeter cutout seen in the lower right quadrant.
