27th Infantry Division 1948 New York National Guard Yearbook History

Up for bid is this 160 page hardcover Ex Libris souvenir 1948 "yearbook" for 27th Infantry Division New York National Guard, the contents of which can be viewed in the 2nd pic above.  The book traces the story of the 27th down through the years and wars from the time of its' founding until its' present 91948) status as a National Guard Division.  There is age/moisture (?) related spotting/discoloration noted to covers.  The back cover is slightly bowed.  There is what appears to be scotch tape residue to the front and back inside cover pages as can be seen in the 3rd photo.  There is some light age-related spotting noted to the front and rear inside cover pages.  The pages themselves are in nice, clean shape.
