This is a brand new item  Small adult in this  Silver foiled burnout fabric on black and white tie dye spandex, this one shoulder dress has a pointed hem that creates flyers which move beautifully over large skirts or palazzos , pants or a circle skirt. The model is showing it over silver pants that are listed in another listing.
