    Description

    The M1 semi-automatic rifle had been in service with the Italian army since 1950, and was produced at the Beretta factory until it was replaced by the upgraded version of the Garand BM59 rifle. The bayonet could also be used with the BM59 rifle, which were not equipped with a grenade launcher.
