RA-120 Rectifier Power Supply. BC-659 & BC620. Rare unit.
Original  power supply in  original condition.      These units are extremely hard to come by.      This particular example is in working condition.    Can be used with either the BC-659 or BC-620 Radios.       Plug in AC voltage of either 115 or 230 with the flip of a switch.
I went through this unit very carefully and replaced the 8 conductor wire with a correct size and color-coded lines.    Unit was then brought up to operating voltage slowly with a W5 Variac using a diode replacement.    All capacitors set properly as a result.
Overall an excellent condition internally and externally.   Original paint with a few scuffs and spots seen in the photos.   Case is intact with an original leather handle present.
Unlike the PE-117 OR 120 the RA-120 is a versatile no fuss power supply without the use of a vibrator or batteries.       I acquired this RA-120 from the estate of a WW2 Veteran Radio operator.    My intention was to keep it for bench testing of my rebuilds on the 620 & 659, but given how difficult it is to find the radios now and the rarity I'm listing it.  I will be listing other rated units over time.
