    Rare 1948 US Navy 1st Class Underwater Mechanic Rate on White.  This rate was created in 1948 but never used.  This rate was never sewn onto a uniform and is in excellent condition.  6 by 4 inches.  Guaranteed 100% genuine.  Excuse the shadows in the pictures, my lighting is poor.  Thanks for looking.
