    Description

    Vintage 1940's 1947-1948 post-World War 2 United States Marine Corps USMC Private or Lance Corporal blue wool dress blues service jacket coat uniform. The sleeve shoulder area on both sides have the single gold on red chevron. The inside sleeve armpit area is stamped "D. W. Leavitt, 1-L, Supply Dept., U. S. Marine Corps, 1947 - 1948". The other inside sleeve area is stamped "D. W. Leavitt". The jacket size looks to be small to small-medium. It is in overall very good to excellent complete condition with all buttons. The belt is still there. The jacket shows some very minor use and storage wear as pictured. It displays beautifully and is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. .00 USPS or FedEx postage.
