Up for sale a vintage Volupte Brooklyn, New York square goldtone and silvertone souvenir compact circa 1950's.  On a brushed silvertone ground a large shiny goldtone cartouche inscribed Brooklyn is surrounded by various images of famous sites and locations in the New York City borough:  The Dodgers, St John's College, Coney Island, Borough Hall, Brooklyn Bridge, Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum etc.  The compact measures 2.75" square and is marked Volupte USA on the inner powder lid.  Good vintage condition with normal signs of age, wear and use with slight wear.
