VINTAGE, "ALFRED DUNHILL CLEARVIEW" & "EVANS MAYFAIR" MAKEUP COMPACTS MUST SELL

This auction is for a rare, "Alfred Dunhill" compact. As well, I am including this wonderful vintage Evans Mayfair compact with rouge.
The Alfred Dunhill compact measures  2 3/4 inches square while the mesh Evans measures 2 1/2.
The exterior of the Alfred Dunhill compact made of navy blue calf leather. It is called "Clearview" because it has a wiper that cleans the mirror every time it is used/opened & closed. It has a beveled mirror and all the hinges are secure. The mirror has a small amount of fogging but you can see yourself clearly in it. The "Alfred Dunhill" compact comes complete with original pouchette, sleeve, put and box.

se it smells wonderful!
The silver mesh Evans compact has been used as there is still powder in the well area. I left the powder and it smells great. The other section has the rouge which has never been used as you can still see the words "Mayfair by Evans". The puff for the rouge is "stained" with with the hue due to being closed in the area. Regarding the mirrors, since they are metal, there is no wear to them and the hinges are secure.
You will note on photo # 7 that the back of the sleeve has become undone.
A wonderful, not often seen "Alfred Dunhill Clearview" & a "Evans Silver Mesh" compact.
I have combine both as I do need to sell these. They are in awesome condition and both will add wonderfully to your compact collection.
Sold as is as I did not want to write up everything on both compacts.
