6th Bomb Group of the 313th Bomb Wing

An interesting vintage document from 1946.  This is an efficiency report for 1st Lt. Robert Meredith who was a pilot in the 40th Bomb Squadron of the 6th Bomb Group (part of the 313th Bomb Wing).  This report covers Meredith's service from July 1, 1946 through December 31, 1946.  The report was completed by Major Leslie McLaurin (40th Bomb Squadron Commander).  At this time, the 40th Bomb Squadron was stationed at Clark Field in Luzon, Philippines.
The
document
is a single page that is double sided.  The document measures 8" by 10.5" in size.  The document is in good overall condition considering its age, but does show signs of wear.  The report has noticeable edge wear throughout - noticeable small holes, chipping, small tears, and missing bits of paper around the edges.  The document also has a crease/fold to the upper left and lower left corners.  It shows other general surface wear/wrinkling from handling and being in storage.  Finally, the paper is somewhat yellowed and discolored as a result of age - slightly brittle as well.
